Situated a 15 minute walk out of town, the location is not too bad u2014 there are a few food joints around the corner, as well as some hidden sights. The hostel felt secure as there are different keycodes to enter the building and to enter individual rooms. I stayed both in the capsule-dorm and the regular one u2014 both are very basic (but maybe of questionable cleanliness), with the capsules being the wonkiest I've been in so far. The big breakfast table is indeed good for making new friends!
This was such a good choice of hostel and I would highly recommend it to others staying in Gdansk.

The location is ideal for a city visit.
The accommodation is clean and tidy. A mellow atmosphere in the common room is complimented by a long wooden communal table and vinyl record player, allowing guests to socialise freely. This became the heart of the hostel with guests sharing food and drink together. Finding this hostel is like finding a diamond.
My two important points to pay attention are: the system to open the doors looks quite confunsing at first, but gets easier once you get the hang of it. The other thing is that the staff is mostly not in the hostel, so if you like more privacy its a great place.
I didnt found it particularly safe to keep my bag there, since the staff guy told me to leave besides the reception desk (where anyone could grab it).
The best things it the calm atmosphere and beatiful ambient, with breakfast included.

Really nice place. The owners succeed to make a minimalist and very comfy place! It feels like home.
Nice oasis of quietness during a crazy new years eve.
(Plus I would like to add that there were nooooo bed bug insight at all; those nasty and "hugger" roommates, who seem to have invade several hostel in Gdansk during summer 2018, seems to have been quiet well taking care by the town and the different accommodations :) No worry to have).

This hostel was cheap, clean and modern in the inside although the stairways and building was very run down. Theres no elevator so you need to carry your stuffs up to the 4th floor. Its 30 mins walk from the main train station as you need to cut through the old town. However only a 10 min walk if youre heading to the old town! Location wise was the only down side for me, would have been perfect if located inside old town/train station. Anna was helpful and provided me with things to do but did not tell me the time for breakfast neither did she show me around the hostel (toilets etc) so i didnt know what time to have breakfast, or if i could even have breakfast.. Overall i had a pleasant stay!
